Recreation Dallas is seeking an Account Executive to join our growing team.

ABOUT US

We are a growing, digital-first ad agency of 13 people located next to the Dallas Farmers Market (but currently located in 13 home offices around the Metroplex). Recreation’s motto is Play to Win: we view work as play, and strive to have fun while doing it. For our clients, winning is our goal. That means tossing out your ego and bringing your A-game. We strive to meet and exceed any client’s need by doing work that works. And those clients range from national to local, involving things like pizza, ice cream, puppies, diamonds, wine, basketball, and airplanes.

ABOUT YOU

You are a rockstar in the workplace with 1-2 years of industry experience. A self-motivated professional who is responsible for the day-to-day workflow and projects for the accounts you are assigned. Your main focus is delivery of stellar work through timeline and asset management, project direction, budget/hours management and effective communication throughout the team and with the client. You are well-versed in traditional advertising (print, OOH, TV, radio) but your passion lies in pushing the boundaries of the digital realm – managing and creating innovative campaigns that are on brand, on target, on the right channels, and that move the needle. You need to be able to handle multiple accounts, and enjoy the challenge of something new and different every single day. You are an excellent communicator and will raise red flags when needed on projects both internally and externally. You will fully understand the brands you work on and their competitors – becoming a partner to our clients.

SKILLS NEEDED

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Boundary-pushing creative thinker
  • Proficient with Google Suite, MS Office, MacOS
  • Knowledge of social media platforms
  • Manages projects from start to finish 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent time management skills
