You’re an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Account Service team member. You want to work alongside clients and internal teams to develop and execute creative solutions to drive business growth for client partners like 7-Eleven, United Dairy Farmers, American Airlines Cargo and more.

  • Coordinate and manage workflow through all agency teams
  • Initiate projects through the right channels
  • Interpret client needs, feedback and strategy into actionable internal direction
  • Develop and maintain client communications at appropriate levels
  • Help in coordinating of client meetings and presentations
  • Prepare competitive reports
  • Participate in creative briefings
  • Provide all necessary information and insight to the creative teams
  • Present work to clients in a compelling way
