
Every agency is only as good as its employees. If that’s the case, we think we’re pretty awesome. Recreation is made up of seasoned agency professionals and emerging artists from both digital and traditional advertising backgrounds. The thing that ties us all together is an innate curiosity, a passion for solving problems and the determination to find new ways to bring ideas to life. Oh, that and we're really fun to work with.
Leadership
What happens when a traditional ad veteran and a native digital and social savant join forces? A dynamic duo that seamlessly partners together to solve clients’ advertising problems using a unique combination of both old-school and emerging disciplines. Sterling’s comes from a background of account and strategy leadership at agencies like TracyLocke, Publicis and DDB Needham. And Rob grew up in a hipper, more digital world, functioning in both client and agency roles (oh, and spent a season playing with the Harlem Globetrotters). Both met at Splash Media, and immediately agreed that there had to be a better agency model. While their backgrounds are quite different, they share identical values, vision and a passion for an ever-evolving marketing world.
