Recreation Dallas is seeking a Production Artist to join our growing team.


We are a growing, digital-first ad agency of 13 people located next to the Dallas Farmers Market (but currently located in 13 home offices around the Metroplex). We strive to meet and exceed any client’s need by doing work that works. And those clients range from national to local, involving things like pizza, ice cream, puppies, diamonds, wine, basketball, and airplanes.


You pride yourself in your attention to detail and your agility to tackle work that runs the gamut in terms of style and execution. You are well-versed in mechanical production of traditional advertising (print, OOH, POP) but your passion lies in helping to push the boundaries of the digital realm – animation and video editing skills are a must, and some web programming is preferred. You are adept at handling multiple projects on multiple accounts, and enjoy the challenge of something new and different every single day. You are an excellent communicator and will raise red flags on projects when needed. You enjoy learning and keeping up with emerging technology, and will guide the team in using best practices for efficient workflow.


  • Degree in graphic design or related field
  • Building heavily layered files for promotions
  • Handling sizing revisions
  • Getting files ready for print
  • Working on marketing collateral, banners, social media graphics and more.
  • Following client brand standards to ensure accuracy
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Thorough print production knowledge 
  • Web programming skills a plus
