Senior Account Executive - Supervisor | Application

Recreation Dallas is seeking a Senior Account Executive – Account Supervisor to join our team. The account supervisor will serve as the day-to-day contact for several regional and national brands. They will be responsible for working closely with agency team members to manage strategy, write project creative briefs and lead execution of production and placement with exceptional attention to detail. This role will act as a partner to our clients, and the right candidate will come to fully understand their client’s business and develop a strong relationship with their daily contacts.

You are a curious, driven overachiever in the workplace with 5-7 years of experience working in or with advertising agencies and the track record of success to go along with it. You are a self-motivated, professional, organized, digital-native who is responsible, accountable and great to work with. You love identifying opportunities for and managing the delivery of stellar work. Your day to day will include timeline and asset management, project direction, budget/hours management and effective communication with the Recreation team and client team. You are well-versed in traditional advertising (print, OOH, TV, radio) but your passion lies in the innovation of the digital realm (digital, social, AI, etc.) – managing and creating innovative campaigns that are on brand, on target, on the right channels, and that influence the metrics that power the economic engine. You need to be comfortable managing multiple accounts, with different team members in a hybrid (WFH and in-person) work environment and enjoy the challenge of something new and different every single day. You are an excellent communicator and will raise red flags when needed on projects both internally and externally. You will fully understand the brands you work on and their competitors – becoming a partner to our clients. You are comfortable communicating via email, slack, teams, google meet, phone calls, texts and DMs and are excited about what opportunities each day will bring to you and your team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-7 years of industry experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Track record of boundary-pushing creative thinking
  • Proficient with Google Suite, Slack, Teams, MS Office, MacOS, Spreadsheets
  • Knowledge and experience working in social media platforms
  • Excellent Project management skills and experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent time management skills

Salary Range

  • $75k-90k annual salary depending on experience

  • Minimum Viable PTO (MVPTO) management – Recreation employees are required to take a minimum amount of paid time off each quarter. We found that providing unlimited PTO just resulted in more burnout and fewer vacation days, so we fixed it.
